User

REAL Token

DAO

A Decentralized Autonomous Organization governed by smart contracts.

Affiliate

Individuals or entities engaged in REAL’s promotional, sales, or marketing activities.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary trademarks, copyrights, patents, and materials owned by REAL, Inc.

Force Majeure

Events beyond our control that may impact Services.

Third-Party Services

External platforms, applications, or tools integrated with or linked to REAL.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use REAL’s Services, you must:

1. REAL Tokens are NOT financial securities or investment products.
2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the stability, liquidity, or market value of REAL Tokens.
3. Risk Disclosure: Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, and users acknowledge associated risks.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Users bear sole responsibility for compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
5. Transaction Costs: Users are responsible for network fees, gas fees, and any applicable taxes.
6. Staking & Rewards: Participation in staking programs may be subject to specific terms, including lock-up periods and variable returns.
