3. REAL Token Utility
REAL tokens are designed for:

REAL tokens are NOT intended to represent:
- Ownership interests
- Equity
- Securities
- Debt instruments
- Revenue-sharing rights
- Profit participation

Holding REAL tokens does not grant ownership or legal rights to REAL, the platform, third-party projects, or any underlying real estate assets unless explicitly stated through separate legally binding agreements.
4. Third-Party Projects & Content
REAL may allow independent third-party projects, companies, organizations, and users to showcase projects, content, or services on the platform.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- REAL does not own or operate third-party projects listed on the platform
- REAL does not guarantee the legitimacy, profitability, legality, or success of any project
- REAL does not verify all information submitted by users or projects
- Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before interacting with any project or third party
Verification badges, credibility scores, or review processes performed by REAL are intended solely as informational and transparency tools and should not be interpreted as endorsements, guarantees, or investment recommendations.
5. No Financial Advice
All content provided through REAL is for informational, educational, and community purposes only.
Nothing on the platform constitutes:
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Real estate advice
- Securities offerings
- Solicitation to purchase investments

Users are solely responsible for:
- Securing wallets and devices
- Protecting private keys and seed phrases
- Maintaining wallet access credentials
- Verifying blockchain transactions before submission
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
REAL cannot recover lost funds, reverse blockchain transactions, or restore access to compromised wallets.
Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
8. Platform Moderation & Enforcement
REAL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Remove or restrict content
- Reject project submissions
- Suspend or terminate user accounts
- Remove verification badges
- Block wallet addresses
- Delist projects or communities
- Investigate suspected violations
REAL may take action to protect users, maintain platform integrity, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
All REAL branding, logos, software, platform design, and proprietary content are owned by REAL or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant REAL a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use submitted content in connection with platform operations.

- Token market value
- User profitability
- Third-party project performance
- Blockchain functionality
- Platform uptime
Digital assets, blockchain technology, and tokenized ecosystems involve substantial risk and volatility.
Users participate entirely at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REAL and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

- Wallet compromise
- Smart contract vulnerabilities
